I'm a grown-ass, nearly 40 year-old family man, and I fucking know what "uwu" is. These idiots think they're "exposing the conspiracy", when in reality anyone who has spent more than 4 seconds researching any meme would immediately recognize it.

It wasn't even "uwu" meme

It was the "OwO what's this?" Meme. Which makes it even weirder/funnier/messed up

What's the difference? ELIA5 please, I don't know if I have time to go down this rabbit hole myself.

One is a generic emoticon, while "OwO what's this?" is an (in)famous meme from the furry fandom

I still don't understand, but I learned one thing, when a meme seems to do not have a meaning, it's fascists crap.

Those guys always miss humor totally.

Same difference. It's used interchangeably.

[–] SkaveRat@discuss.tchncs.de 7 points 10 months ago

one is more a "uwu sowwy" the other is surprised/shocked/curious expression

It's this face. Like :) is a smile and xD is supposed to be somebody laughing so hard their eyes have squinted shut.

owo is the same face, but the eyes are open.

Edit: I have misread. You do understand it lmao

I always equated "XD" with Eric Cartman 😂

Edit: I have misread. You do understand it lmao

No worries!
