It means Marxists-Leninists, not .ml instance. Posts from RT and TASS are downvoted on .ml because this instance is still federated by major nazi bars which can't stand seeing anything breaking their carefully maintained USraeli information bubble.

Ah, it could be, yes. But I quickly checked a few popular instances and looks like OP was banned on many. For example: dbzero (profile), lemmy.world (profile), piefed.social (profile, no such user), lemmy.zip (profile).

So these post wasn't visible to many, yet still downvoted (I assume mostly by local users). Some may argue that all sources are biased - I agree. However, the articles OP posted wasn't good.
