Plan to fix this step #1:

Repeal ALL the GOP tax cuts on billionaires made since 1980.

Wouldn't that be awesome? ALL the GOP tax cuts for billionaires in the previous 46 years GONE in an instant. We could win an outright victory in the class war. And our economy would be fine because we were doing great in 1980.
