You mean TRUMP'S economy? Americans hate TRUMP'S economy. He thinks things are going well, and they are, for him and his cabinet and business partners and family and some Saudi royals but other than that things are not good, so wake the fuck up America.
I seriously think this is the most correct analysis -- people have internalized "a bad economy is bad for the president" and so if they don't like the president, they say the economy is bad, regardless of actual economic conditions.
