It‘s a reference to that one chinese YouTube "professor" giving the most braindead, stupid and nonsensical "lectures“ on world economics and war strategy. And uneducated viewers from developmental countries showering him in praise for them.

The one constantly claiming that eschatology and accelerationism toward the end-times is what informs Iranian foreign policy? He's a genius, can't believe his lectures are free.

I think he's in charge of the US foreign policy because that also seems to be the intelligence level of the US military command right now.
