Does it include bonuses? Elon doesn't actually get paid a salary for being CEO of Tesla. He gets stock as bonuses if he meets goals. They just fought to pay him the largest bonus in history at $56 billion (more than the company has ever earned in profit). They also just setup a new bonus for him that would pay out $1 trillion in stock to him... That new package would put his pay at 1,000,000:1 to the average employee.
