okay he is making gross jokes and statements but that's not the same
threatening to harm a child is child abuse. Hell unlike America (and a few asian countries)... most countries have very very strict rules about what is considered child abuse. making threats about striking a child (regardless of if they are yours or someone else's) is considered: assault, battery, and child abuse.
if you can't see that... I sincerely suggest you rethink your life.
if i said "i am going to harm a child", is that child abuse? tbf i'm no expert, but i don't think so
i think if i tell a child, "i am going to hurt you", that is what is considered it
clearly you need to be kept away from children if you think that threatening to take a hammer to a 4 year old child's hands is ok.
and you need to learn about false equivalences
