Yeah, say that with a straight face.
Other than the safety nets this sounds exactly like working at an Amazon fullfillment center in the US. The safety nets are a good thing, letting people die isn't.
As an American, I have a hard time criticizing any country's corporate culture as we are among the absolute worst
