Saying something about Israel is hate speech? lol is that true of any other country?
Blaming the residents of any country for starting a fire is hate speech when there is no evidence for that is, yes. Classic form of it.
Ask the residents of Patagonia how they feel about that
That's a place where false rumors are also spreading this year about current fires. Definitely hate speech there too.
It's the same as when the US Vice President makes false accusations about immigrants in the US. Recognize it when it happens, and don't do it yourself.
