It would have been nice if everyone showed up to vote too but I guess another Donald Trump presidency wasn't scary enough for people. Well. Thanks a lot.
Democrats dismantled one of the most effective GOTV operations in the Midwest because of an obvious psyop by a college drop out.
That was the beginning of a long and miserable series of defeats at every level of government for the next 18 years.
Gotta wonder what you are supposed to think about a party that won't fight for the VRA, won't fight for the courts, won't fight for DC statehood, and won't fight for the wildly popular anti-war and pro-health care policies that they campaigned on.
At the very fucking least, Biden could have delivered on a prosecution of the Trump administration, rather than telling his voters that Trump had done nothing illegal.
Yeah I understand it's really flabbergasting that we don't have more power and that we can't put forth better choices but we had a choice put before us. You can bring all kinds of other conjecture about it until you're blue in the face but the fact is people had a choice and they made a poor one. Time will tell if it was better in the long run or not, maybe it is better that all the ugliness of pure capitalism is on full gross display, who knows.
Blaming voters for not lining up behind their anointed cop is why the Democrats will keep losing.
Yeah probably, but unfortunately people need to vote.
The blame doesn't fall wholly on the one side or the other, here. Between the voters, nominees, campaign runners, and the party itself every had something they needed to do to win. Failures were made among all groups and it's valid to point all of them out.
