wealthy indians in america comes from a rich caste from india, or from a family. thats why they are seen as "white enough"
There's always two kinds of emigre groups: those being "fuck you got mine" with FU money and the other ne'er-to-do they seek to stamp out and narc to ICE.
discrimination against rich indians is quite less common than other POCs i noticed, since they are one of the richest "ethnicities" in america, thats why they are pretty much acceptable in the GOP, as a group they have "billionaire money+influence" to deflect attention, but not as individuals.
