can we swap? i'd like to go there instead, people here are all "oh that's sexual harassment" if you look at them a second too long.
why are you looking at people so much to the point the feel you are harassing them?
dunno, here in north american culture, staring is considered rude/weird af.
how do you meet new people?
i assume you personally just don't
you go to events and interact with them.
you don't go out in public and leer at them as they sit nearby.
