For those that don't get the joke, this is a reference the 2022 Uvalde school shooting incident. There was a crowd of cops that stayed outside for hours and refused to enter the school because they were afraid of getting shot.

They also threatened to arrest parents trying to stop the massacre
It’s even worse than that. They didn’t just refuse to enter the building. They actively prevented any other first responders from entering. So they not only refused to help, they actively made the situation worse.
Those officers should have been charged as accomplices to the murders. They should have been tried under the state's felony murder law.
Sacked at minimum. If youre not capable of doing the job you shouldn't have the job.
Surely being a cop in the USA is like one of the highest likelihood of all the non-military jobs in the world to end up getting shot at. Its not like you can just say it wasnt in the jon description.
