All I know is I walked to work in cold, inclement weather for a whole winter because I managed to save enough for a pair of shoes for myself that year, and every time I did, my child needed a pair. But clearly I'm the only person itt who ever struggled making ends meet, so clearly I'm wrong to put forth any opinion.
