Now you are starting to understand. Fallout was a documentary.
I think you mean prophecy. Documentaries are for past events.
It's a joke implying that the fictional video game known as Fallout so accurately depicts modern life, that one wouldn't be remissed for mistaking video game footage and lore for real life events.
And the joke would have worked when they used the word prophecy instead of documentary.
Prediction maybe? Or timetraveller made documentary
