Ah yes, sir I'm never wrong if I'm using some extremely broad terms and explaining them using even broaded terms
Brother you just equated capitalism with the concept of being able to purchase things. You really think you have any grounds to talk about using broad terms? I mean honestly?
I mean fine, I guess I'm just ignorant, why won't you help me understand the concept in a way that does not rely on me already knowing the concept?
No the problem is you asking the wrong question. I gave you the definition of a capitalist. But what you seem to want is a definition of capitalism.
In the most basic terms capitalism is when private ownership, ie those with the most capital, control the means of production.
