Well, that's a lie and was from the moment Reagan said it, and in this case they're just fascist collaborators, but haven't actively engaged in terrorism, yet.
It's not not terrorism just because the guy doing violence to a political end has a uniform.
All the non-uniformed shooters–how many at schools this week?
