On the contrary, they have learned a lot.

They've learned:

  • Spying and snooping is very profitable
  • The general member of the public is happy to press accept on any EULA and doesn't care
  • There are no consequences for bad behaviour

True. I thought they got fined over what they did in 2013, but I can't find it with all the news of Texas suing them and other manufacturers. Even if they did get fined back then, the fines are never enough for these large corporations.
