Flippanarchy
Flippant Anarchism. A lighter take on social criticism with the aim of agitation.
Post humorous takes on capitalism and the states which prop it up. Memes, shitposting, screenshots of humorous good takes, discussions making fun of some reactionary online, it all works.
This community is anarchist-flavored. Reactionary takes won't be tolerated.
Don't take yourselves too seriously. Serious posts go to !anarchism@lemmy.dbzer0.com

Absolutely no right-wing jokes. This includes "Anarcho"-Capitalist concepts.

Absolutely no redfash jokes. This includes anything that props up the capitalist ruling classes pretending to be communists.

This is an anarchist comm. You don't have to be an anarchist to post, but you should at least understand what anarchism actually is. We're not here to educate you.

No shaming people for being anti-electoralism. This should be obvious from the above point but apparently we need to make it obvious to the turbolibs who can't control themselves. You have the rest of lemmy to moralize.

The details of the plan are specific to your area, but generally speaking, you share resources with your community and coordinate strikes so that you can support the people who might lose their jobs while striking: that could mean donating to a strike fund, joining a picket line, feeding, housing, or clothing strikers, or even providing field medicine.
Depending on your disposition towards electoralism, direct action, and farming, the next steps will vary.
That’s because it depends on your area and your situation. You need to reach out to community members and see what your options are. If you don’t like the options that are there, work with people in your area to provide different options.
This is some reading that should get you started.
You have to build community. I can’t build it for you and if it doesn’t exist, it can’t help you. Even without trying to get people to work with you or listen to you about mutual aid, befriend them and talk to them generally.
It’s not easy, but self-direction is never easy. It will always be simpler to keep your job and get taken advantage of, but if you’re sick of it, you have to do the hard thing.
I really think you should read the link I posted. Let me know what you think after reading it and I’m happy to talk about this further.
Sometimes people don’t have options. You know that, right? It sucks, but it’s true.
You’re asking me for specifics I do not and could not possibly have without knowing your area and insisting that it’s a real question without being willing to put in any information to learn anything.
I’m going to cut my losses on this conversation. If you want to learn more, I have faith that you can figure it out.
😘
why are you like this
You’re sea lioning and my train is delayed. If you really wanted to do more than complain about wokescolds, you’d have read what I said (hint: it was more than the definition of mutual aid), but alas.
