The punchline is that the guy hiding is hallucinating the recruiters. Companies aren't actually hiring anyone for these jobs, they're just posting them online to make it seem like they are.

Also they still do background checks for fake job postings and any data gathered during that is sold without consent.

Background check company NPD leaked 2.9 billion records once because of this.
