Hasn't this been debunked a temporary drop because your total credit changed drastixally and it briefly messes up the math?

it's only if you demand they close the account, which will mean the fact that you paid back what you owed might disappear from recent history if it's an old account.

You have to be pretty deliberately stupid and close accounts because you don't trust yourself with them open. And if that's the case, you arent even trusting yourself to pay back cards, why should you deserve a high credit score lol
