What sucks is that any legislation that gets written will be written by 90 year old and 80 year old fossils who don't understand how any of this shit works
No it will be written by lobbyists. The oldsters just do the magical voting thing to make it a law.
That's the neat thing, you don't have to do anything but vote for whomever gave you the largest bribe
Sometimes they also have to mouth justifications, written by their staff, but they have to memorize them, or else engage their question-avoidance skillsets.
