Xp failed to much imo, 7 was better
I suppose Windows 7 did have a bit more overall stability, but at the same time, it was also when the spyware and other dubious features really started creeping in, so was it worth it?
Plus, I never ran into a boot problem that startup repair could actually fix. I still don't know what the point of that tool is. Every time I had to do things manually anyway.
