you will inherent your parents money when they die. most likely.

and if you can't afford the property, you sell it, and live off that money with which you can downsize or rent.

or you can rent out the spare bedrooms

Or the parents are in terrible debt too, or they need to go to a nursing home so you sell the assets they have to cover the costs until they're exhausted. For many there's nothing to inherit.

yeah, so those people better get jobs and start saving. and not repeat the mistakes of their parents.

but if you can live at home after graduation, it's unlikely your folks are in terrible debt.
