Only thing annoying about that is I haven't found a simple and clean way to watch on my TV doing this. I don't want to hook uo a computer.

You can setup iptv streams with it but I can't recommend it.

A Android TV box (preferably degoogled), Kodi installed with plugins.

And maybe a VPN just in case.
