From what I understand, that stuff now has to be clearly labelled as AI in the EU. Hopefully that will help a bit to reduce the mess.
How the hell will this be enforced
Either by a government agency or by gunpoint
Or billions dollar fines
That has worked so well for the last 80 years...
A tiny back office with half a dozen industry plants will be told to produce one high profile case every six to twelve months.
