Think of it this way: how can you know the Finnish person you're talking to is how the average Fin lives? How do you know you're not talking to a bot?
If a Fin can travel to other countries, theyre already part of Finland's privileged classes. They surely don't represent the lower classes, which are usually the masses.
Now when it comes to visiting DPRK, you can always do that assuming youre not an American. Your government doesn't allow it. But countries that don't see the DPRK as an enemy state that needs to be destroyed see thousands of tourists visiting the DPRK every year.
