I got caught up working on my old house this summer. Doing carpentry and electrical and a half dozen other things. Nothing digital, only hands. Now I can barely force myself to be near a screen, like it's painful. I am sitting at work counting the seconds until I can go home at lunch and pull a couple of nails. But there's no way doing that work would pay what I make for sitting a few hours a day on my ass, so those hours are just gone, to a fog.
