Fine. Let me see if I can actually break it down for you (I thought it would be obvious). It's a joke, and no the particular dancers aren't exactly important.
This is a screenshot from the show Dancing With The Stars, at the end of their dance. I'm sure their dance was awesome, but why do I want to see dude's hairy chest at the end? Many fellas out there might have preferred if her tits popped out, not his.
But sigh, we live in a world where it's okay to show a man's ugly hairy chest, but not a woman's beautiful breasts. On public TV no less. Like, the whole show is about dancing in the first place, why is the dude even allowed to show his chest?
I dunno, but shit like that kinda ruins the show for me, either show it all or show nothing but dance performance..

you say it's a joke, but it kinda just reads as garbled nonsense, too incoherent to form an actual joke.
This reads like sweaty neckbeard garbage.
Again, the show is about dance, not about showing hairy chests.
In my opinion, if one can't show their chest, then neither should show their chest, keep it decent and strictly on topic of the dance itself.
I find it unappealing to see an awesome dance performance finished just by having to see some hairy dude's chest.
As far as neckbeard? Well how kind of you to assume I can even grow hair on my neck, I can't even grow chest hair or sideburns.
But anyways, this was meant to be a harmless shitpost joke. Sorry if I somehow upset you and what I assume must be a hairy chest. It's a joke. It's a shitpost community. Either laugh or get over it and move on.
