This post is the first time I've ever even heard that a California burrito is a specific thing
I mean, you implied you live in Texas, right? No one in Texas is ever gonna try to present California as a good thing.....
But you owe it yourself to try it. Good California Burrito is simple. It has carne asada, french fries, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream in a flour tortila. That's the minimum.
But, bump it up, substitute salsa cremosa for the sour cream and just slather it on. Or, fuck it, do both, I won't judge if you like your burritos dripping wet. Put some cheese in there if you want, stick to cheddar/colby/jack.
