Transphobic ass meme. The guy's a cunt, don't need to denigrate trans people to point that out.
He's taking testosterone just like trans men. He's been on it so long that his body no longer produces its own testosterone, just like trans men.
I think the term male to male transsexual was coined by Alexander Aveela, a trans man. His excellent youtube video goes into detail about the many similarities in both of their transitions. No, not transphobic. Accurate.
No, transphobic. This image is mocking his looks by saying he "looks trans." That is a direct insult to trans people. It doesn't matter who came up with the idea. Trans people aren't magic unicorns who can do no wrong. They're just people, every bit as capable of saying stupid intolerant shit as anyone else.

But just look at those side-by-side photos. LOOK at em. The title is simply an objective observation. Nothing phobic about it. Especially since the quote was literally from a ftm trans person!
You're saying that it's a simple objective observation that he looks transexual. Because he looks goofy. Even without the goofy aspect you'd be saying it's simple to spot anyone who is trans because they stand out from the crowd. That is insulting to actual transexuals.
It does not matter who made the quote. Trans folk are just as capable of making ignorant discriminatory statements as anyone else.

Because I know a lot of bodybuilders, guys who are on the gear and they are almost all SUPER accepting of the trans community (or at least peoples rights to do what they want with their bodies) because they get it. You look in the mirror and it isnt right so they take the chemicals to make the outside look like the inside.
To point out that this guy is probably going through a very similar mental process (with added cuntery) is probably more accurate than the trans community and the male looksmaxxing community would like. The part that I'd disagree with is that he is "the first". Not even fucking close.
It's flat out saying someone "looks trans", which in and of itself is inaccurate and insulting, but it does it because he looks goofy now, which is doubly insulting.
The post has nothing to do with him having or not having dysphoria.
With him it is actually a weird situation, because unlike other assholes, besides hurting others he is also hurting himself too.
Not sure why this guy in the photos being a dick makes it a weird situation you seem to see as making it alright to insult trans folks.
