Yup, enlighten me. Are you trying to suggest all social credit memes are propaganda? And "racist", even though they mention a governmental system and not a race?

You don't even know what the social credit system is/was, and it is very obviously just yet another "enemies of my empire are bad" sort of thing. In this particular case, you went for the "Chinese people - bad" variation.
