I was fully expecting ≥2 people in the comments to share some relevant and interesting info about diotrophes of miletus...

I think the OOP made them up, because there's a Diotrephes mentioned in the bible and nowhere else, and there's a Dionysius of Miletus, whose works are known. I think it's just a placeholder name for memetic value.
Were they roommates?
