That also gives you several other informations:

  • If Discord can read the device ID, every other website or program can?
  • If Discord can't and courts are forcing Microsoft to give out that data for Take2 to correlate IP adresses or other data, that is also really bad

So the only solution is to get the fuck away from everything Microsoft.

mostly agree, but I think it might just be the Discord program that has access, not websites

You are correct. Installed programs can see it, websites can’t.
