2.4 million folks who have their PAL in this country with a population of 40.5 million people, that’s 6.17% of the population.

It’s important to note while people may have their PAL, they don’t necessarily own firearms.

We have decided not to use nukes. I would be happy to build one of they change the laws, but I have too many obligations to go to jail currently.
