I think this is bait, no?
It's just such a perfect storm of terminology, that I can only see it as deliberate.
But still, poor Willow, that seems like a very shitty thing to receive.
Wish it was just bait, but I was on the receiving end of similar messages from someone about 10 years ago. They would comment on my art page complimenting my art, and I always replied saying "thanks", and we never interacted beyond that. We definitely never met IRL. One day I woke up to hundreds of DMs from him that sounded dellirious, that they would like to be my partner and that he had "deeply analyzed my art and he knows me for real". Very unsettling and creepy stuff, spiraling into self-hate. There are some real troubled people out there, and now they have access to AI's allucinations to feed their own, sadly.
Bait, severe mental illness or both.
This better not be real. Then again there was a girl in high school who was extremely into the idea that she was Trinity from the Matrix and I was her Neo. And I don't mean in a cute way, I mean in a genuinely concerning blurring of reality and fiction way.
There is no limit to the depths of insanity a human can dive into. Idk if this one is actually real or not, but im certain far crazier things have been unironically written by humans.

GenAI has already made this worse. It's not essential to LLM technologies, virtually the whole industry makes their LLM's generation patterns so deferential that they worsen the reality-breaks of people that interact with them enough, very much in a "Folie à deux"-style (tho, there's no "deux" there).
The uncomfy/gen is the biggest giveaway to me, it's just too perfectly weird/pathetic

No, it's from a random stranger, not their partner, and the stranger feels that as they (stranger) are in a 'relationship' with bot-Willow, human-Willow is effectively cheating on them by having a human partner. Hence obviously nuts or bait.

The unfortunate fact is that those ARE real terms, I just don't think any person would write that to someone genuinely, I'm pretty sure they're making fun of the yumeship concept.
