Yeah except the whole premise of a human being being a battery doesn't make sense. Always makes me laugh how much heavy lifting the line "combined with a form of fusion... the machines had found all the energy they would ever need" does.

Apparently they were originally supposed to be compute, but someone didn't think the general audience would understand that, so they changed it to batteries.
