German judges from Karlsruhe issued on an official paper that they have no obligation to investigate a case like this :D Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord frooze my financial assets, bafin personnel (supposedly the banking regulatory body) blatantly confessed on an official document they sanitized the evidence of the crimes and so on, no court order, no investigation, no nothing.
