There is really no point arguing about such details. AI haters don't care how exactly you use AI. If you want the best, most secure software possible, you need to let the developers find whatever way there. Imposing arbitrary restrictions won't work.
No, you need to make sure vulnerabilities aren't introduced by lazy or underpaid developers.
I'll grant that bosses and managers have a valid role for keeping the work on track. But someone who tries that without being qualified themself will cause major problems.
