Probably all of South America in some way... Honestly I think any country in the world that is struggling economically has previously been/is being ruined by American economic warfare or being destabilized by some other method (like training, funding and supplying anti-establishment groups are helping perform coups) either directly or indirectly.
Dude, Cuba 100% wouldn’t be in its state if we hadn’t cut it off from trade and capital and markets for so long. Its present condition isn’t proof that communism destroys economies, it’s proof that conservatives do.
Admittedly I forgot Cuba, there are so many...
