I think at least China, Iran and North Korea could be added as participants on Russia's side
Are we counting Belarus as its own country or as the puppet state it actually is?
More of a remora, aka suckerfish.
Why would you count Belarus Oblast as its own country??
Also EU still buys oil/gas and last time I read news that South Korea thinking of shipping gasoline to russia (cause Ukraine destroyed russian refineries), I think Kazahstan too. On top of that many close counties still provide place to import stuff.
Even tho I fled russia, I still talk with a friend there, we recently discussed prices for CPUs: I bought 9950x3d for about ~750 euro, same CPU in russia cost ~400 euro. Are they really under sanctions?
