I don't know if it's for sure thing that the company would pay, honestly, either.

It could possibly just get stuck in accounts payable.

What does "get stuck in accounts payable" mean?

If you have a debt of $100k, and you don't pay, eventually the court takes all your money and all your stuff.

A lot of companies just end up not paying. See Trump's companies for an example.
