Don't think that's what was being done here.
What was that whole collective farming thing they were trying at then? I know Stalin was just taking advantage of the whole thing, but Kruschev et al were definitely trying at socialism, albeit failing miserably.
It sure as hell isn't a democracy either
Why are you comparing an economic concept and a form of representation concept
Because Soviet communism, and most national implementations of communism around the world, are a combination of system of government and economic model
