"Where is Garfield?" becoming "why is Garfield not here?" isn't wrong, but man it took way longer than I'd like to admit to parse.
None of it parses, really -- you'd only use "thine" if the following word starts with a vowel; "breast" is okay as a singular but you can't follow it with "are"; "hereupon" doesn't really work in the simple present tense (to my ear, at least); "thee" is the object form, so it should be "thou" in the third panel.
