USA destabilizes a nation through bombing them or funding reactionary rebels and then comes in as the oh-so graceful white saviour of USAID to help the "uncivilized savages" who can not run their own country for some reason

USAID was a CIA project to keep underdeveloped colonized nations dependant on scraps of charity that came with enormous strings attached. Cutting its funding did have harm in the immediate sense but ultimately it is an organization directly beholden to the imperialist aims of the US.

Not USAID??? Won't someone please think of the CIA front for regime-change operations?!
