Weight in the door bending hinges, making it hard to open/shut

Movement in the flexible line to get it to the engine is a failure point

Noise of the pump in the door.

Pack of frame protection in the door

It's still hard to fill from the inside

Gas spills are going to get in the car.

Tank vents are too close to the interior

and it doesn't really make drive-through work you'll need the handle and all the buttons within arms reach.
