I think you’re wrong cuz this meme talks directly about politics. The original commenter said there was a community for that and this is not the place.

That has nothing at all to do with whether or not art is political.

While you can say anything is political, talking about the politics of your country is obviously more political than talking about a dog

It's more overtly political

all art is political. Political art especially obviously so, but its all political. is it politics to have a meme with a trans person in it?

If a community has a 'no politics' rule then sure it will exclude people from like posing political campaigns and blatant political action

But if the person in charge decides that trans people existing is political and therefore remove it, guess what now you have a 'non political' community that is actually explicitly advancing the political project of anti-trans

political just means stuff that isn't "normal" as much as it means stuff that is who got elected where Everything is political. Our current POLITICAL SYSTEMS of voting once every 2 years, has brainwashed us into thinking that politics only happens at the ballot box and over the dinner table

Also note I was confused and didn't actually know what the comment you were responding to exactly said when I commented at first. (I am still confused but I am most of the time.)
