There is exciting research being done in metabolic psychiatry looking at ADHD in fat adapted people. There is a ongoing study (https://doi.org/10.1186/ISRCTN62698625) but there is a good expectation they will see sustained results, this is inline with Dr. Georgia Ede's metabolic strategy in Change your Diet Change your mind.
