UBC, city of Brampton and Highway 407 seem to be the hotspots.

Highway 407 is an odd inclusion because... Yeah? Of course it has license plate readers, it's a toll road. That's how they charge the toll.

Otherwise, yeah, Brampton seems to be the big one. Patrick Brown working for his corporate masters again.
