Have these people never had to take care of any sort of important document? Like how do you treat contracts or education certificates?
Education certificates? Those are mostly useless after you've got your first post-college job. And the majority of people have never and will never sign a contract where a paper copy will be required in the future.
Not really. Most under-30's these days have no experience or education in how or why to preserve important papers. It's just not common these days.
